A couple of weeks ago I had a nightmare. I was standing before a great chasm. Beyond the chasm was a wall great wall that stretched on forever in either directions. The chasm below felt like it could go on forever. It was just black. I stared down the chasm for as long as I could. Then I heard a great thundering roar coming from the inky depths. Something was down there... something huge. I saw the faint shadow of what looked like a gaping maw rising from the depths. I got so scared that I forced myself to wake up. I kept thinking about it for a few days. Then I realized how appropriate this was for the exhibition's theme. This is the closest I could describe what I saw in that dream. I wish I stayed asleep so I could get a good look at the gargantuan horror below. |
